We’ve got your back and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. So, here’s how we handle returns:

Oops? Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you get something that's not quite right—maybe it’s misprinted or defective—let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right, and it won’t cost you a thing!

Lost in Transit
If your package doesn’t make it to you, give us a heads up within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and sort it out.

How to Report a Problem
Noticed something wrong with your order? No worries! Just submit a report, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return Address & What Happens to Returns
If anything gets sent back to us, you’ll get an email notification right away. If the return isn’t claimed within 30 days, it gets donated to charity—because we believe in giving back!

Wrong Address?
Oops! If the address provided is incorrect, the shipment will come back to us. We’ll reach out to confirm the right address, and you’ll just need to cover the reshipping cost.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package goes unclaimed, it’ll be sent back to us, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

For EU Customers
Heads up: Personalized items and sealed goods that have been unsealed aren’t eligible for return based on EU regulations.
